If you don’t like your new sunglasses, we are more than happy to exchange them for any other model or colour of the same price. And if you have changed your mind and would like your money back? Sure thing, not a problem. We will refund the full mount, including the original shipment costs.
Before you send it back
Just send us an email at email@example.com with your order number before sending the sunglasses back. Make sure you send the sunglasses back in the same condition as you've received them, in the original packaging and within 14 days of delivery. You will have to arrange shipment at your own expense.

Please consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing a shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Items lost in transportation will not be refunded.
Package not received?
In case the carrier does not succeed in delivering the item to you because you weren't at home, please try reaching the carrier via email and/or telephone. If the carrier eventually ships the item back to us, and you still want to get the sunglasses, you'll have to pay again for the shipping costs. Otherwise we'll refund the full amount without the original shipment costs.
